The successful candidate will work from our Knowledge Park Office, located in Harborcreek, PA and a hybrid schedule will be considered after training.
Duties and Responsibilities Develops and applies basic knowledge of rules, rates and procedures for quotes, applications, endorsements and/or renewals of designated lines of business.
Enters and updates policy records, applying appropriate rules and rates by accessing online manuals.
Contacts Agents and underwriters to obtain additional information as required.
Enters cancellations, expirations and partial cancellations into the system as required.
Develops and applies a basic knowledge of cancellation laws for states in which ERIE operates.
Performs limited underwriting review and rates complex quotes, applications, endorsements or renewals as required.
Resolves problems and answers inquiries from associates, Agents, underwriters and management, in routine consultation with Level II and III input.
